Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.

Combine Ingredients
Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to the melted butter, stirring until well combined.

Simmer the Sauce
Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat.
Combining and Serving

Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce until well coated.

In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot, accompanied by the ranch dressing on the side.
