Honey Lemon Yogurt

Prepare the Yogurt
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest. Mix until the ingredients are well-incorporated and smooth.
Housemade Granola

Make the Granola
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of rolled oats, 1 cup of your choice of nuts, 1/3 cup of honey or maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of melted coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Granola
Bake the granola in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely. Optionally, mix in dried fruit if desired.
Seasonal Berries

Prepare the Berries
Wash 1 cup each of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Slice the strawberries if they are large.
Assemble the Yogurt Bowl

Build Your Bowl
In a serving bowl, spoon in a generous amount of the honey lemon yogurt. Top it with a handful of housemade granola and a mix of seasonal berries. Drizzle with additional honey if desired and serve immediately.
