Juicing the Oranges
If using fresh oranges, juice the oranges until you have 1.5 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain the juice to remove any pulp if desired.

Chilling the Glasses
Chill your champagne flutes or glasses in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to keep the mimosas cold.

Combining Ingredients
In a large pitcher, gently combine the fresh orange juice and sparkling wine. Stir slowly to retain the bubbles.

Pour the mimosa mixture into the chilled glasses, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
