Method
Preparing the Fries

Fry the Potatoes
Preheat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180°C (350°F).

Cook the Fries
Add the frozen French fries in batches, frying them for about 4-5 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Mix the Pico
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
Preparing the Crema

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream and lime juice. Mix until smooth.
Making the Guacamole

Prepare Avocados
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

Assembling the Loaded Fries

Layer the Fries
On a serving platter, place the fried French fries as the base layer.

Add Cheese
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese evenly over the fries.

Top with Pico de Gallo
Spoon the pico de gallo generously over the cheese layer.

Drizzle with Crema
Drizzle the sour cream crema over the top.

Finish with Guacamole
Add dollops of guacamole on top of the loaded fries.
