Prepare the Lychee
Peel the lychee fruit and remove the pit. You can use fresh lychees or canned ones based on availability.

Juicing the Lemon
Squeeze the juice from a fresh lemon until you have 1 oz of lemon juice. Strain if necessary to remove seeds.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Avorsa, the 3 pieces of prepared lychee, and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Shake
Add ice to the shaker, cover it, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Pour
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, ensuring the lychee pieces are also included.

Top with Tonic
Carefully pour 4 oz of Q Elderflower Tonic over the strained mixture in the glass.

Garnish
Garnish with 5 fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass.
