Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.

Arrange Wings for Baking
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to space them out to allow for even cooking.

Drizzle the vegetable oil over the wings. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Prepare Salsa Ingredients
While the wings are baking, prepare the salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, lime juice, and olive oil.

Stir the ingredients together until well combined. Season with salt to taste. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
