Method
Preparing Chocolate Shells

Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.

Forming Shells
Using a pastry brush, coat the inside of small silicone molds with the melted chocolate. Ensure an even layer. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until set.

Unmold
Carefully remove the chocolate shells from the molds and set aside.
Making Crème Anglaise

Heat the Milk and Cream
In a saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium heat until just below boiling, then remove from heat.

Cook the Mixture
Return the combined mixture to the saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon (about 5-7 minutes). Do not boil.

Add Vanilla
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl and let cool.
Assembling the Dish

Fill Chocolate Shells
Fill each chocolate shell with a mix of the raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries.

Serve with Crème Anglaise
Drizzle the cooled crème anglaise around the filled chocolate shells on a serving plate. Enjoy!
