1. Prepare the Filling

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.

2. Cook the Beef

Add the ground Angus beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and black pepper.

3. Add Tomatoes

Dice the tomatoes and add them to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

4. Add Lemon Juice
