Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.

Mix the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until well combined. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, then add the chocolate liqueur, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Finally, fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
- 5
Fill the Ramekins
Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.
- 6
Bake the Cakes
Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
