Preparing the Sliders

Bone Marrow Basting
In a small saucepan, melt the bone marrow over low heat. Brush the melted marrow over the tenderloin while it rests, allowing the flavors to infuse.

Slice the Heirloom Tomatoes
While the meat is resting, slice the heirloom tomatoes into thick rounds and set aside.

Prepare the Arugula
Wash and dry the arugula thoroughly, then set it aside for assembly.

Toast Slider Buns
Lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
Making the Spicy Cucumber Chimichurri Aioli

Prepare the Cucumber
Peel the cucumber and remove the seeds. Chop it finely.

Mix the Aioli
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped cucumber, fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, minced garlic, red chili flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and adjust seasoning to taste.
Assembling the Sliders

Slice the Tenderloin
Once the tenderloin has rested, slice it into thin pieces.
