Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a pot, bring water to a boil. Gently add the eggs and boil for 9-10 minutes. Remove, cool under cold water, peel, and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Haricot Verts

In the same pot, add the haricot verts and blanch for 3-4 minutes until bright green. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  3. 3

    Sear the Ahi Tuna

Season the ahi tuna with salt and black pepper. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side for rare, or longer to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.

  4. 4

    Fry the Capers

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the capers and fry until crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine baby greens, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, haricot verts, and sliced tuna. Drizzle with honey white balsamic vinegar and toss gently.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice the boiled eggs in half and place on top of the salad. Sprinkle fried capers over the top and serve immediately.
