Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

Place eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, cool them under cold water, peel, and cut in half.

  2. 2

    Blanch the Haricot Verts

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add haricot verts and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and plunge into ice water to stop cooking.

  3. 3

    Sear the Ahi Tuna

Season the ahi tuna filets with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over high heat and add a little oil. Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes per side for medium-rare, then remove from heat and slice thinly.

  4. 4

    Fry the Capers

In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed and fry the capers for about 2 minutes until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine baby greens, artichoke hearts, chopped tomato, haricot verts, and sliced tuna. Top with halved eggs and fried capers.

  6. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle with honey white balsamic dressing to taste and gently toss to combine.
