Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mix the Sugars
In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and the melted butter mixture. Mix well.

Add Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until combined.

Add Pecans
Fold in the chopped pecans.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool and Cut
Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the granulated sugar until it turns a golden brown color. Stir constantly to avoid burning.

Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously. Allow the sauce to boil for a minute, then remove from heat and let cool.

Serve the double-cut fudge brownies warm, topped with a scoop of praline pecan ice cream and drizzled with caramel sauce.
