Burger Preparation

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Form the Patties
Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and form into patties. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Tillamook cheddar on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Assemble the Burger
On a plate, place the bottom half of the burger bun. Add the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve
Serve the char burger with house-cut fries on the side.
