Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms and asparagus pieces, cooking until the mushrooms are soft and the asparagus is tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine.
