In a large pot, add the pork bones and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 4 hours, skimming any foam that rises to the top.

After 4 hours, add the soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic, and green onions. Continue to simmer for another 1 hour.
