Preparing the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange Wings
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.

Oil the Wings
Drizzle the vegetable oil over the wings and use your hands to toss them lightly to coat.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Tossing the Wings

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are fully coated.
