In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and crushed ice.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or creaminess by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice if desired.
