Prepare Chicken

Cut Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.

Set Up Three Bowls
In three separate bowls, place the flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, paprika, and Parmesan cheese in the third bowl.
Bread the Chicken

Coat Chicken
Take each chicken strip and coat it with flour, shaking off the excess. Dip it into the beaten eggs, and then into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Fry Chicken

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry Chicken Strips
Carefully place the breaded chicken strips into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain Excess Oil
Once cooked, transfer the chicken strips to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
