French Fries

Method

Fiesta Poppers

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

  2. 2

    Stuff the Jalapenos

Slice jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Fill each half with the cheese mixture.

  3. 3

    Bread the Poppers

Dip each stuffed jalapeno in breadcrumbs, coating well.

  4. 4

    Bake the Poppers

Arrange poppers on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Breaded Jalapeno Coins

  1. 5

    Prepare Jalapenos

Slice jalapenos into 1/4 inch rounds. Set aside.

  2. 6

    Set Up Breading Station

In one bowl, place flour. In another bowl, beat eggs. In a third bowl, place bread crumbs mixed with cayenne pepper and salt.

  3. 7

    Bread the Jalapeno Coins

Coat each jalapeno slice in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

  4. 8

    Fry the Jalapeno Coins

Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot. Fry the coins in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Wings

  1. 9

    Prepare the Wings

Season chicken wings with salt and garlic powder. Place in a bowl.

  2. 10

    Cook the Wings

Bake the wings at 400°F (200°C) for 40-45 minutes until crispy.

  3. 11

    Make the Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter and mix in hot sauce. Stir until combined.

  4. 12

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once cooked, toss the wings in the hot sauce mixture until fully coated.

French Fries

  1. 13

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and cut potatoes into sticks. Rinse and pat dry.

  2. 14

    Heat the Oil

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

  3. 15

    Fry the Potatoes

Fry the potato sticks in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 16

    Season the Fries

Remove fries from oil, drain on paper towels, and sprinkle with salt while hot.
