Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut each chicken breast into strips, about 1 inch wide.
- 2
- 3
Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken strip first in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's fully coated. Finally, roll it in the breadcrumbs until evenly covered. Place the breaded strips on a plate.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. To check if the oil is hot enough, drop a small piece of bread into the oil; it should sizzle immediately.
- 5
Fry the Chicken Strips
Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the skillet. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove the strips and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- 6
Serve
Allow the chicken strips to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce.
