Roasted Garlic

Prepare Roasted Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the tops off the garlic bulbs to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil.

Roast the Garlic
Place the wrapped garlic in the oven and roast for about 30-35 minutes, until the cloves are soft and caramelized. Set aside to cool.

Cool and Store
Remove from heat and let it cool. Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Cool and Serve
Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving. This can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.

Prepare Baguette
Slice the baguette diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Toast the Bread
Brush the slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Assembly

Assemble the Board
On a large serving platter or board, arrange the roasted garlic, pickled mustard seeds, slices of brie, prosciutto, fresh fruit, and compote. Add the toasted baguette slices around the edges.
