Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it's hot enough to make the Brussels sprouts crispy.
- 2
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise for even roasting.
Cooking
- 3
Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 4
Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 5
Add Honey and Balsamic Glaze
Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze. Toss to combine, ensuring all the sprouts are coated.
- 6
Serve
Transfer the glazed Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and serve warm as a delicious side dish.
