Method
Prepare the Burger Patty
- 1
Season the Beef
In a bowl, combine the Angus beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently to ensure the spices are evenly distributed without overworking the meat.
- 2
Form Patties
Divide the seasoned beef into two equal portions and form them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.
Cook the Burger

- 4
Add Cheese
After flipping, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patty is cooked to your desired doneness.
Assemble the Burger
- 5
Prepare the Vegetables
While the patties are cooking, wash and slice the tomato. Rinse the lettuce and pat dry.
- 6
Build the Burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the cooked patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, and drizzle with special sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
