Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are fully coated.

Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the Frank's RedHot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until well combined.

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled bleu cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
