Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pot

Fill a large pot with water and add the Old Bay Seasoning. Bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Cook the Potatoes

Once boiling, add the halved potatoes to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the Sausage and Corn

Add the sliced Andouille sausage and corn halves to the pot. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the pot and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Prepare Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Combine and Serve

Drain the shrimp boil and place everything on a large platter. Drizzle the garlic butter over the top, season with salt to taste, and garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
