Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Oysters

If using raw oysters, serve them on ice with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce. If cooking, place oysters on a grill or in a pan with 1 tablespoon of butter and cook until edges curl, about 3-5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Flounder

Season the flounder fillet with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the flounder for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Platter

On a large serving platter, arrange the cooked flounder, seasoned shrimp, and oysters. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
