Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by rinsing the snow crab legs under cold water. Cut the Andouille sausage into bite-sized pieces. Husk the corn and break each ear into halves or thirds. Wash and halve the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the halved potatoes and cook for about 10-12 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté Sausage and Corn

In a large skillet, melt half of the butter over medium heat. Add the Andouille sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the corn and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Steam the Crab Legs

In a large pot, fill with about 2 inches of water and bring to a simmer. Place a steamer basket over the pot and add the snow crab legs. Cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.

  5. 5

    Combine and Season

In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, sautéed sausage, and corn. Melt the remaining butter and mix in the minced garlic and Old Bay seasoning. Pour this mixture over the bowl and toss to coat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

On a large platter, arrange the potato mixture and top with the steamed snow crab legs. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
