Prepare Coffee Mixture

  1. 1

    Brew Espresso

Brew 1 cup of strong espresso coffee and let it cool slightly.

  2. 2

    Mix with Liqueur

In a shallow bowl, combine the brewed espresso with 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur. Set aside.

Prepare Mascarpone Mixture

  1. 3

    Beat Egg Yolks

In a mixing bowl, beat the 3 egg yolks with 100g of granulated sugar until pale and creamy.

  2. 4

    Add Mascarpone

Gently fold in 500g of mascarpone cheese until smooth.

  3. 5

    Whip Heavy Cream

In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  4. 6

Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently until well combined. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Assemble Tiramisu
