Cream Butter and Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, until just combined. Do not overmix.
- 6
Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
