Prepare the Glass
Select a chilled cocktail glass or a highball glass. If you prefer, you can chill the glass by placing it in the freezer for a few minutes.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, passion fruit puree, and peach liqueur. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.

Shake
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, filling it about halfway.

Top with Wine
Gently pour the Sauvignon Blanc over the mixture in the glass to top it off.
