Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Start by thawing the lobster tails if they are frozen. Once thawed, use kitchen scissors to cut through the top shell of the lobster tails, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, laying it on top, but leaving it attached at the base.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the lobster.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Make the Butter Mixture

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for about 2 minutes to combine the flavors.

  2. 4

    Coat the Lobster

Place the lobster tails in a baking dish and brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat, ensuring all surfaces are coated.

  3. 5

    Bake the Lobster

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. You can baste with more butter halfway through for extra flavor.

Serving

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the lobster from the oven and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and crusty bread on the side for dipping.
