Preparing the Cod

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Cod
In a mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, and minced garlic. Mix well.

Marinate the Cod
Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Bake the Cod
Place the marinated cod in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Making the White Wine Reduction

Add Liquids
Pour in the dry white wine and vegetable broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the Sauce
Allow the mixture to reduce by half, about 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Once the cod is done baking, remove it from the oven and place it on plates.

Drizzle Sauce
Spoon the white wine reduction over the cod fillets before serving.
