Prepare the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the bread is evenly coated.

Spread the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through baking for even browning.

Remove from the oven and let cool.
Dressing

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Salad Assembly

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, add the shaved kale.

Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the kale and toss to evenly coat the leaves.
