Glaze Preparation
- 1
Make the Glaze
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir well to combine.
- 2
Simmer the Glaze
Bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until it thickens slightly. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Chicken Preparation
- 3
Prepare the Chicken
While the glaze is simmering, preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

- 5
Assembling the Dish

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the grill and place it on a baking sheet. Top each chicken breast with a generous amount of chopped honey ham.
- 7
Add Glaze and Cheese
Drizzle the prepared glaze over the chicken and ham, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- 8
Broil
Place the baking sheet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
