Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash all the fruits thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

  2. 2

    Slice the Strawberries

Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters depending on their size.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Blueberries

No preparation is needed for blueberries. Simply wash and set aside.

  4. 4

    Peel and Slice the Kiwi

Peel the skin off the kiwis using a knife or a vegetable peeler, then slice them into rounds or wedges.

  5. 5

    Cut the Pineapple

If using a whole pineapple, peel and core it, then cut it into bite-sized chunks. If using pre-cut pineapple, simply measure out 1 cup.

  6. 6

    Cut the Watermelon

Slice the watermelon in half, remove the seeds if any, and cut it into bite-sized cubes.

  7. 7

    Prepare the Grapes

Wash the grapes and remove any stems. You can either leave them whole or cut them in half.

  8. 8

    Add Mint

Wash the mint leaves and set them aside for garnish.

Assembly

  1. 9

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, watermelon, and grapes.

  2. 10

    Toss Gently

Gently toss the fruits together to ensure they are evenly mixed without mashing them.

  3. 11

    Serve

Spoon the fruit mixture into individual cups or bowls. Garnish with fresh mint leaves on top before serving.
