Form the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the patties are cooking, slice the tomato and red onion. Wash the lettuce leaves and set aside.

Toast the Brioche Buns
After cooking the patties, toast the brioche buns in the skillet for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Assembly

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, and a few rings of red onion on top. Add the cooked beef patty and top with two slices of crispy bacon. Finally, place the top half of the brioche bun on the burger.
