Preparation
- 1
Grill the Chicken
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
- 2
Prepare the Salad
While the chicken is resting, wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl. Add the shredded Parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing to the bowl.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
Toss the lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing together until the lettuce is well coated.
Assembly
- 4
Assemble the Wraps
Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface. Place a quarter of the Caesar salad mixture in the center of the tortilla, followed by a quarter of the grilled chicken strips.
- 5
Wrap it Up
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom to enclose the filling completely. Ensure that the wrap is tightly rolled to prevent any filling from falling out.
- 6
Slice and Serve
Using a sharp knife, slice the wrap in half diagonally. Repeat the assembly process for the remaining tortillas. Serve immediately and enjoy your Chicken Caesar Wraps!
