Prepare the Salmon
In a food processor, pulse the salmon fillets until they are finely chopped but not pureed. Transfer to a mixing bowl.

Mix the Seasoning
In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

Combine Ingredients
Add the seasoning mixture and olive oil to the chopped salmon. Mix until well combined.

Form Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

Cook the Patties
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
For the Burger Assembly

Toast the Brioche Buns
Lightly toast the brioche buns in the skillet for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

Prepare the Toppings
Slice the tomato and onion, and mash the avocado in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately with your choice of sides.
