Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).

  2. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and sprigs of fresh parsley for garnish.
