Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Frey Ranch Rye Whiskey, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, organic apple juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Add Champagne
Top off the cocktail with a float of champagne.
