Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Herb Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the fresh dill, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Broiler

Preheat your oven's broiler to high.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season each fillet with salt and black pepper. Drizzle the herb butter over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Add Wine and Capers

Pour the white wine around the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Sprinkle the capers over the top of the salmon.

  5. 5

    Broil the Salmon

Place the baking sheet under the broiler and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve the salmon hot, drizzled with the pan juices.
