Wings

Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Preparation of Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  2. 6

    Combine Ingredients for Sauce

Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, honey, and soy sauce to the melted butter. Stir well to combine and heat through for about 3-5 minutes.

Tossing the Wings

  1. 7

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the prepared sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
