Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it is hot enough for roasting.

2

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, remove any yellow or damaged outer leaves, and trim the stem ends. Cut each sprout in half lengthwise.

Cooking

3

Toss the Brussels Sprouts

In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.

4

Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

5

Add Balsamic Glaze

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss to coat and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze.

6

Serve

Remove from the oven and serve warm as a delicious side dish.
