Method

Preparing the Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. 2

    Cut the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

  3. 3

    Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated.

Baking the Cauliflower

  1. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 5

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Tossing with Buffalo Sauce

  1. 6

    Toss with Buffalo Sauce

Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.

Making the Ranch Dressing

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dried dill, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and milk.

  2. 8

    Mix Well

Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and creamy. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot with the ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
