Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Cut the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated.
Baking the Cauliflower

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Tossing with Buffalo Sauce

Toss with Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
Making the Ranch Dressing

In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dried dill, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and milk.
