Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add bell peppers, zucchini, and carrot. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  2. 3

    Add Spinach and Tomatoes

Add the cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach is wilted and the tomatoes are slightly softened.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  2. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
