1. Marinate the Beef and Shrimp

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, fresh lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the beef tenderloin and shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Prepare the Bacon

While the meat is marinating, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease. Once cooled, chop into small pieces.

In the same skillet or on the grill, cook the marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
