Lobster Tail
Method
Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Broiler
Begin by preheating your oven's broiler to high heat, ensuring it reaches the appropriate temperature for broiling the lobster tails.
- 2
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
- 3
Make the Garlic Butter Mixture
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 4
Brush the Lobster
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.
- 5
Broil the Lobster Tails
Place the baking sheet under the broiler. Broil the lobster tails for about 6-8 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly browned. Keep a close watch to avoid burning.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the oven. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious broiled lobster tails!
