Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat, but keep the meat attached at the bottom.

  2. 2

    Season the Lobster

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the exposed lobster meat. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Mince Garlic

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Parsley

Chop the fresh parsley finely and set aside.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Heat the Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.

  2. 6

    Cook the Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 7

    Add the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails, meat side down, in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  4. 8

    Add Butter and Lemon Juice

Add the butter and lemon juice to the skillet. Allow the butter to melt and mix with the garlic oil, creating a sauce.

  5. 9

Finish with Red Pepper Flakes and Parsley

Sprinkle red pepper flakes and chopped parsley over the lobster tails. Toss gently to coat the lobster in the garlic sauce.
