    Chop the onion and slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips. Set aside.

    Prepare the Shrimp

    Ensure the shrimp are peeled and deveined. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Cooking

    Sauté the Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.

    Add Bell Peppers

    Add the sliced red and green bell peppers to the skillet and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes until they soften.

    Add Garlic and Spices

    Stir in the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add Tomatoes and Shrimp

    Pour in the diced tomatoes and stir to combine. Then, add the shrimp to the skillet, making sure they are well coated with the sauce.

    Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
